Found a video on YouTube.com of an aerial view of my boat. It’s from the new RedBull helicopter that can do flips and barrel rolls. Looks scary.

At about 5:10 in it flyes over Haulover Beach heading across the intercoastal to the Oleta River State Park and then to FIU. About 5:26 in you can see my boat. Looks super small.

I used ta have a thing for graham crackers and frosting since kindergarden. Now i have discovered maria cookies. Only .35c a pack. They are like a big flat round animal cracker and are perfect for dipping in cream cheese frosting. Yummy.

John called me from over on his boat and told me he just found a bunch of wasp nests that the wasps brought back brown racluse spiders(the deadly ones) back to, so i checked out under my main sail cover where they normally go. Had a couple nests, but no spiders. Creepy.

One kewl thing about the area I anchor in is the yearly fireworks. FIU hosted the North Miami fireworks again. Bal Harbor also had theirs on the Haulover jetty. And you could see Miami Beach’s in the background. It rained all day so there wasn’t many people.

Decided to do my traditional 4th of july bbq. Brats, beer, cob on da corn, baked beans and german potato salad. Sucks the store didn’t have Johnsonville brats. Went to the self checkout and when i put the first thing in a plastic bag there was a folded up $10 bill in the bottom of it. Gotta love finding cash. Woot!
