![]() Yesterday after I wrote the post on getting burned at the new Dollar Tree store I still had a window open with the Dollar Tree website that I got some pictures from and I saw they had a “contact us” page. I figured I would go ahead and tell them what happened since there was no contact telephone number on the reciept. The contact form only had a few options to choose as the subject, nothing like a general or complaint option, so the closest thing was “new store inquiry”. So I wrote:
This morning I received and email back
Now I can understand the mixup with the websites contact form subject not being totally on topic, but this response was ridiculous. I immediately replied to to “Kimberly’s” email:

So I called the number and verified it was the correct store and asked to speak to a manager. The guy that answered was Jose, the manager. I explained what happened and that the receipt had their phone number listed as (000)000-0000 and he said he was not aware of that. He said to stop back at the store and ask for him and things would get straightened out. I let him know that It might be a few days before I returned and he said just let someone there know that I talked to him. So it looks like I might get my $1 jar of horsey sauce after all, YAY!
